In this unit, I have learnt the different types of conditionals. Zero condition: if/when+present tense, present tense. eg: If you finish homework before 6pm, you can watch TV. First conditional: if+present simple, will. eg: if you work hard, you will have enough money to buy a big house. Second conditional: if+past simple, would/could/might+base form. eg: if I were you, I would go shopping on this weekend. Third conditional: if+past perfect, would/could/might+have+past participle. eg: if I had studied hard, I would have had a better score. Mixed conditional: if+past perfect, would+base form. eg: if he had stolen the money from bank, he would go to jail.
