This unit teaches teacher a few ways to teach students. Teachers should be able to decide which method to use during each activity. There are times where teachers require accuracy or fluency. But they shouldn’t be in the same activity to confuse the students. Appropriate activities for accuracy or fluency should be well chosen in order to help student to gain confidence (fluency) and learn the language accurately (accuracy). And for writing skills, teachers shouldn’t be too controlling, but not too loose at the same time. What I’ve learnt is flexibility is much needed ina lesson, and teachers have the responsibility to predict problems that might happen in a class, and prepare a few solutions for it.
