In this unit a skill called class management which is important to know to organize and manage the class, having a friendly, relaxed atmosphere while maintaining discipline at the same time was covered. For this purpose, eye contact, gesture and voice have to be used in the classroom. There are 4 ways to group students: whole-class grouping, students working individually, in pairs and group-work. They all are necessary and have to be used depending on the class size or furniture and etc. . Being able to benefit from classroom arrangement is also useful. Giving instructions and being able to balance between TTT and STT, establishing rapport are skills that teachers have to master.
