This course has taught me things about english that I had forgotten and things I never learned in school or four years of university. The twelve tenses and reported speech were areas I needed to learn. Studying the phases of teaching and their purposes helped me understand what teaching is really about. Thinking about the different phases has inspired me to imagine ideas that fit the context of engage, study or activate. I am planning to travel to Beijing, take this course again in Beijing to reinforce my knowledge, and experience this information in a class environment. I will begin applying for teaching positions in Beijing. This will allow me to learn more chinese Mandarin and have an interesting experience.
